Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item,

We will immediately notify you on the status of your Store Credit after inspection of the item.

Refunds

**All Refunds on Used & Consignment items will be applied as a Store Credit**

If your store credit is approved, we will initiate a Store Credit to your account.
You will receive the credit within 2 buisness days of inspection of the item, depending on the date the item is recieved back at Serious Sounds headquarters.
We will notify you by Email and or Phone when credit is issued. *( Subscribe to Mailing List with Info)*

Shipping

You(Purchaser) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a Store Credit, 50% of the cost of return shipping will be added to your Store Credit.
** To recieve 50% Shipping Credit, Provide shipping receipt by email or mail**
